Bibb Lettuce
Also called Butterhead, Butter, or Boston, Bibb is a full-size head of lettuce with sweet buttery flavor and delicate texture. The ruffled outer leaves are ideal for salad or wraps while the inner heart retains crispness. TLC grows several varietals of bibb – choose from our offering of green and red varieties, some with small leaves for ease of cutting.
Romaine Lettuce
Also known as Cos, Romaine has long, broad, upright leaves which are crisp, juicy and sweet. Great for salads and wraps — Grilled Romaine is a treat!!
Baby Romaine
Younger, smaller, more tender Romaine usually sold in three packs of single serving sized heads – mixed green and red varieties for a striking presentation.
Leaf Lettuce
We grow a range of loose-leaf lettuce varieties, including green and red options, some broad leafed, some frilly each selected for outstanding flavor and appearance.
Summer Crisp
Also known as French Crisp or Batavia, Summer crisp lettuces are very crisp like romaine, equally sweet and juice with no bitterness. This lettuce is a favorite in our shop and at the Farmers Market for its flavor, appearance and size – these heads can be huge!!!
