Frisygo
A distinctive, highly textured head of lettuce makes a unique and delicious addition to salad. Frisygo is deeply incised like endive or frisee but without the bitterness – the leaves have a nice iceberg-like texture and excellent complex flavor. Frisygo makes an attractive salad and easily mixes with other varieties to add interest and color.
Escarole
Dark Green heads of curly slightly ragged leaves with delicate, nutty flavor. Like other chicory type greens, it is equally suited to eating raw and cooked – often used in soups, braises, sautés and grilled.
Lalique
This lettuce has a cult following at TLC – sought after in our shop and at the Farmers Markets. It is as beautiful as it is tasty – a compact, curly head of lettuce with juicy leaves as crunchy as iceberg but with outstanding flavor. Our customers ask for the “super crunchy one.” Great for burgers, sandwiches, salads, or snacking. We love this lettuce.

Our salad mix – often called Spring mix – is a specially designed blend that stands out from the crowd – our hydroponically grown baby greens are free of sand and grit — A selection of ruffled young leaves in a variety of shapes and color with a good shelf life, nice crunch, and outstanding flavor.
