Frisygo

A distinctive, highly textured head of lettuce makes a unique and delicious addition to salad. Frisygo is deeply incised like endive or frisee but without the bitterness – the leaves have a nice iceberg-like texture and excellent complex flavor. Frisygo makes an attractive salad and easily mixes with other varieties to add interest and color.

It is as beautiful as it is tasty – a compact, curly head of lettuce with juicy leaves as crunchy as iceberg but with outstanding flavor.
